At the Defense Intelligence Agency, he focused on North Korean military analysis and responded to crises involving the Achille Lauro and TWA 847 incidents. Perez volunteered with the 1st Cavalry Division during Desert Shield/Storm and later served as Chief Intelligence Instructor at the U.S. Army School of the Americas, training Latin American officers in low-intensity conflict. Willie Lora is a recognized expert in political crisis communications, news research, and Category One special events management. He is President of Lora Media Consulting LLC, a broadcast and media communications firm specializing in multimedia platform development, content programming, and technology-driven production for national and international markets. Mr. Lora has led major media initiatives throughout his career—from overseeing the International Press Center in Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia during Pope Francis’ U.S. visit to advising on U.S. presidential campaigns and multiple presidential bids in Latin America. Joseph E. Hage is a seasoned political analyst specializing in Middle Eastern affairs and counterterrorism. He serves as Executive Director of the American Lebanese Policy Institute-PAC and formerly led the American Lebanese Coalition and the Lebanese-American Kataeb organization.
Active in U.S. Middle East policy since 1992, Hage was key in advancing the Syria Accountability and Lebanese Sovereignty Restoration Act and supporting key UN Security Council resolutions that led to the Cedar Revolution. He regularly provides confidential regional briefings to U.S. government agencies and is an expert witness in political asylum cases.

Delgado holds a bachelor’s degree in Playwriting from the Instituto Superior de Arte in Cuba and a Master’s in Journalism from Florida International University. She was also a resident fellow at the Antonio Gala Foundation in Spain, an experience that broadened her international perspective and enriched her literary career.
Her work has been recognized with numerous awards, including the Centennial Poetry Prize of the City of Hialeah and the II Mehdi Hajji International Poetry Prize. Earlier in her career, she won prestigious theater awards in Cuba, such as the David Prize, Pinos Nuevos Prize, Calendario Prize, and the University of La Laguna Theater Prize. These distinctions highlight her multidisciplinary achievements across literature, theater, and journalism.
Delgado is the author of several published books, reflecting her versatility in poetry, fiction, and theater. Her recent titles include Melancolía South Beach (Cádiz, Spain, 2025) and No me hablen de Cuba (novel, Editorial Suburbano, Miami, 2022). Her earlier theatrical works include 1987, Mariposas, Mi familia ideal, and the poetry collection Necesidad de los cultos. Throughout his career, Levy has collaborated with leading global corporations such as Hilton, Related Group, Remax, Fortune International Realty, Pioneer, Cisco, FIBA, and PanAm, and with institutions and governments from various countries. Helenne Vazquez is an accomplished administrative and legal professional with extensive experience in document analysis, executive support, and compliance coordination. As Document Analyst and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Rafael Marrero & Company, she supports strategic initiatives related to federal certifications, government contracting compliance, and client documentation. In this role, she works closely with leadership to manage sensitive records, oversee workflow, and ensure accuracy and quality across all deliverables.
With over a decade in the legal sector, Vazquez advanced from Legal Assistant to Paralegal and Client Manager, building deep expertise in legal research, document preparation, e-filing, and case management. She served as a liaison between attorneys, clients, court personnel, and outside vendors, developing strong organizational skills, precision, and the ability to perform under pressure in high-stakes environments.
Vazquez holds a Legal Assistance Certification from Florida Atlantic University and studied law at the Universidad de La Habana. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she is recognized for her professionalism, reliability, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.

Andrés Rodríguez is a seasoned video producer, broadcaster, and communicator with more than 25 years of experience in radio, television, and digital media. His career began in Bogotá, where he worked as an on-air voice and director at iconic stations such as Caracol Radio’s Radioacktiva, La Superestación, Olímpica Stereo, and Vibra FM—establishing himself as one of the most recognizable voices in Colombia’s music and entertainment radio.
Now based in Miami, Andrés is the director and on-air talent at La Nueva 88.3 FM, where he blends news, current affairs, humor, and community engagement for Latin audiences. In parallel, he serves as a video producer for MSI², applying his expertise in storytelling, editing, and voiceover to create impactful, dynamic, and high-quality audiovisual content.
Beyond broadcasting and production, Andrés is also a dedicated educator. As a professor at the BeonAir Network of Media Schools, he teaches voiceover, video editing, digital marketing, and radio and television production—mentoring the next generation of communicators and content creators.
